“Tomorrow we close on both our sold home and our new home. Kay The Miracle Worker got top dollar for our old home, and an unbelievable price for our newly built home. After looking at a couple of homes that just didn’t have “it”, we mentioned a new spec home that we saw online. We told her that we really liked it but that it was out of our range. Kay then went out on her own and negotiated an outrageous deal that we still have a hard time believing. “Before we even met with Kay she sent over a binder explaining what would be going on during the home buying process. This was particularly helpful since we were first time buyers. She researched the neighborhoods we were interested in and steered us away from places that didn’t seem safe or wouldn’t be a good investment for us.
